| As a marinade: Combine 2 cups oil with 1 bottle of Canyon’s Ultimate Meat Marinade and mix well. Pour over meat and store in the refrigerator and marinate for 2 to 12 hours before cooking. As a finishing sauce: Canyon’s Ultimate Meat Finishing Sauce is used at the very end of the cooking process as a natural flavor enhancer. Sprinkle or baste using 1 teaspoon per 3 oz. of meat in the last minute or two of cooking. |
