Sweet Ancho Chile Relish - Red Bell Pepper and Cheese Torte

Ingredients:
2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups cream cheese
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
2/3 cup Sevy's Ancho Chile Relish

Mix together cheeses, onion, mayonnaise. Spray a 6-inch spring form pan with non-stick spray or butter, spread mixture in pan and pour relish over the mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Remove spring form edge before serving. Serve with sliced French bread or crackers.
